Shipping

Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order and up to 2 weeks if your order includes any personalised products, however, due to Covid- 19 and Brexit, deliveries may take longer which is completely out of our control. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at hello@poppylane.ie and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

We ship via An Post.  Final shipping costs will be displayed when you are completing your order and may vary. Currently, we only ship within Ireland.

 

Returns

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your custom and personalised gift boxes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at hello@poppylane.ie.

Replacement Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@poppylane.ie. If applicable send your item to: Poppy Lane, Dublin Road, Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath, N91 HN70 . Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
